Do I need a referral from the doctor to book into Emerge Physiotherapy?

No referral is required. We can make the ACC claim here in the clinic, but if you have any previous information about your injury please bring this with you (letters, ACC claim number etc).

Which appointment should I select when booking online?

If it’s your first time coming to Emerge, pop yourself in for an Initial ACC appointment or Initial private session. We can determine if it is an ACC injury or not in the appointment. If you are booking a follow up, select ACC follow up.

How long are the sessions?

We have longer sessions here at Emerge Physiotherapy, as we believe in quality sessions rather than having you at the clinic more frequently. Please allow 60mins for your appointment including time for administration.

How much will my sessions cost?

As at 1st January 2025, prices are as follows:

Physio with ACC claim

$80 for 60min

$65 for 45min 

Private Physio

$150 for 60min

$140 for 45min 

Where is the clinic located?

We are located inside Embody Strength Studios (on Google Maps) upstairs at 1/10F Piermark Drive, Rosedale. Please park out the front or back of the building.
